RECIPE FOR Magical POPCORN

In a large heavy based saucepan add approximately 2 heaped tablespoons of the popping oil.  When melted add 1 cup of corn then sprinkle with about ½ teaspoon or less of butter salt to you liking.

Place the lid on the saucepan and shake every 10 seconds or so until the popping slows down to a pop every few seconds.  Pour into a serving bowl and enjoy!!
